ESCs - Speed Controllers LRP brings some upgrades to its Flow X range of ESC avril 10, 2024 by Chris Laisser un commentaire German company LRP has brought a few upgrades to its Flow X speed controller range. The Flow X off-road and Flow X TC Spec speedos now come including the servo noise killer device. Also known as BEC stabilizing capacitor, it has been renamed for a better understanding. This BEC capacitor is a very important noise killer. With servos continuously getting stronger with their powerful brushless motors inside, they can generate electronic noise/glitches that can pass through the receiver to the ESC and, as unbelievable as it sounds, can cause ESC damage. To be on the save side it is always good to plug this additional servo noise killer in any free slot at the receiver. Also included with the Flow X off-road and Flow X TC Spec ESCs is the sensor wire « high flex » V2. Shopping! Wartelle Shop Shopping! RC Team Shopping! Absolute Hobbyz Available in 200, 175, 150, 95 and 70mm length, the new sensor wire « high flex » V2 features further improved specification. Nicely packaged 3 wire strands next to each other and stacked in 2 rows on top of each other, perfectly positioned with a shrink tube, which is not too tight and not too loose with further improved crimping and a tight fit to motor- and ESC sensor ports. Now included with the Flux X Stock Spec is the Hall sensor level converter. The new converter is designed to be used instead of the conventional sensor wire when using stock motors with the Flow X ESC to ensure compatibility of the Hall sensor. It prevents damage to the speed controller due to sensor signals. Available in several lengths.
