JConcepts introduces new performance inserts for carpet and turf racing. With additional compounds now in the market, new and updated carpet, and office carpet conditions, now is the time for tire tuning with inserts. With new compounds such as brown and purple in the JConcepts line-up, shoring up the carcass is advantageous when the correct surface presents itself. The React inserts provide a small layer of cushion between wheel and the inner carcass of the tire.

Although JConcepts rear tires arrive with standard open cell inserts, having adjustments help achieve the next level. Available in 2 different densities, the soft is most often used in the traditional pink and new brown compound. The medium density insert is used more for purple compound or when the grip of the surface has reached its highest potential. Rear tires in the normal configuration typically arrive with a standard insert and as built as wide as the rear tire / wheel combination. The React inserts are produced a bit narrower for more lateral deflection and sidewall cushion.
