The End Game by JConcepts is a fun and unique twist on outfitting the Traxxas X-Maxx to all-terrain basher with a clear ceiling not seen before in this genre. The new body shell has a massive panorama connected with pillars of support throughout the structure creating a roll-cage appearance. The utilitarian concept body with large fender flares drops right on the popular vehicle with included JConcepts body mount set. The transforming look of the End Game combined with ingenuity and theories into a thrilling new concept. 

In a bashing vehicle, durability, and functionality is very important, and the JConcepts designers have lifted the covers on the hard panel design with tucked front and rear-end. The open cockpit with heavy roll-bar idea arrived after collaborative ideas to maintain impact resistance while also opening visibility. Maximum window treatment, with massive reinforcements secure the End Game from post-apocalyptic battles. The upper hood section has louvered sections, hood scoop with deep drawn inlet areas. 

The grille and headlights of the shell are close together, minimized and incorporated into the narrow front-end with undercuts revealing detail. End Game features a rear tail gate area with bossed lights and panel details providing depth to the design. The heavy-duty body is formed in a durable polycarbonate material and pre-trimmed to ease the user experience. Pre-trimmed also signifies the end to dirty and hard labor usually performed on these beastly bodies by the customer. The body mount holes are also pre-drilled in location to fit the body mount set. The JConcepts decals are also pre-trimmed so application is easier than ever.

The JConcepts body is formed in ~2.0mm thickness polycarbonate material and built for drivers wanting the best looks, painting versatility, and lightweight performance.  A very rugged material, but not “unbreakable” or recommended for the basher testing the limits of insanity with their machine. The pre-trimmed body comes with protective film applied, window mask for quick painting practice, and a large pre-trimmed decal sheet to get the best looks available.

In addition, JConcepts includes the molded injection and newly engineered body mounts front and rear for versatility to add this and new upcoming shells. The team has built and included a specialty locking style body clip for security and rubber leash units to tether the body clips to the shell itself. The entire package arrives complete, it’s up to the user to add the paint of their choice and to hit the circuit with JConcepts fit, finish, and styling.

Pro tip: For a longer lasting body, carefully slot or slightly elongate body holes so when the chassis or vehicle construction flexes, the body mounts can move through a slot. This technique allows the body not to act as a chassis brace and maintains more roaming freedom for the body itself.

The newest member to the JConcepts family, the Outsider SUV body shell developed specifically for the Traxxas X-Maxx. Who doesn’t want an SUV these days? The most practical of all vehicles on the road, one simply cannot go wrong incorporating this concept into RC and allowing it to drop directly on one of the most popular and capable RC vehicles. The heavily undercut Outsider item has a host of features that are difficult to make in the world of vacuum forming, but the team at JConcepts has achieved a fantastic look, fit, and finish. 

The chop-top appearance of the body gives is a menacing look, the body panels run the length of the body with specific dent details only found on vehicles in the 1960’s, and 1970’s. Large fender flares come standard to allow large and competition inspired tires to give even more performance. Elongated wheel wells in the front help minimize pickup from expanding tire characteristics and layout perfectly across the hard panel structure. The roof is stout thanks to a stepped section up top to divide up the lengthy load management of the top of the shell.

Low-profile window designs scream, and the rest of the panel truck area allows perfect placement area for included and pre-trimmed decals. Chiseled wheel well flares help maintain a rigid balance front to back, and the recessed windows provide stoutness to a cab area which resists cave-ins and reverse pops. The upper hood area connects to the highly detailed front-end giving the Outsider a serious retro appearance and celebrated truck prowess. Headlight and bezel pop with 3D purpose and provide the perfect setting point for pre-trimmed decals.

Radiator grille decals are provided for upper front-end detail and turn signals can be positioned by applying decals to finalized look. Heavy under-cut portions protect the durability of this body and sit just behind standard front bumper located on the standard truck in kit form. The clear body arrives pre-trimmed allowing customers peace of mind not having to undergo difficult and dirty tasks of cutting, fitting, and installing a body this size on the mammoth machine. 

The rear-end of the body features more 3D appeal, undercuts, and large rear window so the inner stowage and vehicle can be seen to the outside world. Included and pre-trimmed decals apply to the rear taillights providing some realism to the concept.
