Absolute Hobbyz The following press release is from JConcepts: One of the most critical aspects of tuning a Short Course truck is the performance of the body. JConcepts, always on top of Short Course body development, starting with the original Truth, Manta, and the successful 2010 ROAR National Champion Ford Raptor body. Hi-Flow, taken from the JConcepts hierarchy of successful buggy designs, is the latest in Short Course body development which incorporates all the latest technology into a single high-performance body. Already a champion, the Hi-Flow has earned 20 ROAR National titles going back to 2011 when the racing world was still cutting its teeth in SCT competition. Now, the Hi-Flow is available pre-trimmed for racers wanting to spend more time on the track, and less in the pits. The Hi-Flow is formed with durable material and precisely trimmed around the perimeter to drop down on a host of platforms but also trimmed in areas providing air release escape passages which were pioneered on the body back in 2011. Hi-Flow is a smash hit, starting with the most fashionable racing look, body panel attack angles and even greater air escape packages, the Hi-Flow oozes of class leading performance. The air escape package consists of areas which have been strategically placed to ensure a clean race-able look that minimizes the trouble-some parachute effect. The Hi-Flow hood-scoop, used predominantly as an under / over air release feature, blends beautifully into the sculpted extra-clearance fenders while releasing the front end of inner pressure. The top, rear, fender corners have been wedged reducing dead space, allowing more pass-through area minimizing unwanted air collection. The roof of the body has been dramatically shaped to promote a continuous roll in the event of roof crashes. Large side windows with black-out side window decal treatment gives the Hi-Flow futuristic character. Performance enhanced number and name plates, also factory pre-trimmed provide straight-line stability while retaining a fashionably styled look that is unmistakable JConcepts. The pre-trimmed body set includes clear polycarbonate body shell, window mask, detailed decal sheet, pre-trimmed champion name, and number plates with mounting hardware. The new JConcepts item includes an instruction sheet for a host of mounting applications. The body is marked and instructed for vehicles such as Slash, Slash 4×4, SC5, SC6.4, TLR, and Losi legacy SCT models. The new pre-trimmed body also fits recently released Team Associated SC7, however, the body and instruction sheet is not marked for the latest vehicle. The user will need to align and mark locations for the new vehicle on their own. If the pre-trimmed Hi-Flow fits you must equip.
