2025 IFMAR 1/8th E-buggy Worlds – Marcus Kaerup keeps up the momentum in Q3

The following race report is from Chris:

Team Associated driver Marcus Kaerup has been on a really good pace for 2 rounds here at the Barcelos Buggy Arena in Portugal. While the drivers seem to be struggling, Kaerup has been absolutely consistent. 9 laps in 5:07.637 in Q2, 9 laps in 5:07.339 in Q3. It couldn’t have been more consistent! Michal Orlowski continues to put in clean, steady runs, but he’s a little lacking when it comes to matching Kaerup’s speed. SWORKz’s Juan Carlos Canas didn’t get off to as dazzling a start in qualifying as usual, but he was clearly building momentum from round to round. XRAY racer David Ronnefalk could have matched Kaerup’s speed, but a big mistake on the last corner of the last lap cost him the maximum! ONG racer Davide Ongaro also showed great consistency, but a small mistake cost him a better result.
