The rear upper arm is extended for improved ball joint support. The one piece carbon downstop limiters are mounted directly onto the front arm for more precise downstop adjustment and reduced unsprung weight Carbon shock mounts have been redesigned to be super lightweight to reduce unsprung mass The redesigned upper arm holder features a guide for the ball-bearing equipped body holder Rear body holder is now ball-bearing equipped for near friction-less operation The carbon rear shock absorber holder features new shock positions that improves the stability of the car The front carbon upper bracket is mounted to center stand for independently moving bumper holder that will not deform in crashes Carbon steering plates are super light and strong to reduce unsprung mass and improve reliability Tighter fitment of the aluminium anti-roll bar collars into the ball-bearings allows for more precise operation of the anti-roll system Front and rear ball joints for anti-roll bars are improved for more precise anti-roll bar operation The aluminum D-shaped clamp allows for collision-free movement of the anti-roll bar on the front axle All shock absorbers utilize shorter lower ball joints which moves shocks closer to the wheels, for an improved stability of the car The new motor mount is redesigned for improved stability using M4 screws and supports a top-mounted 40mm cooling fan The larger gear carrier minimizes gear protrusion from the motor mount for better protection and integration A super lightweight aluminum pulley adapter is used to reduce rotating mass The extended rear layshaft offsets the center belt for medium-size batteries and is lightened to lower rotating mass The extended front layshaft also offsets the center belt and suits medium-size battery setups Aluminum spacer bushings are included for the extended front and rear layshafts to ensure proper fitment Chassis. The all-new chassis design features new flex characteristics and uses M4 screws throughout for comfortable & reliable assembly. The milled-out sides of the chassis allow for a laydown servo mounting configuration, for the lowest possible CG. Thanks to the overall significantly lowered CG of the electronics, the car is more dynamic and has improved cornering speed. Drive Train. The front and rear aluminum CVD wheel axles are machined from 7075 T6 hard-coated aluminum to reduce rotating weight and improve drivetrain efficiency, while the front one-way axle is designed for enhanced durability, and both the rear solid axle and front outdrives of the one-way axle are lightened for further weight reduction and improved acceleration. Rear Transmission The new rear layshaft is extended to align with the center belt offset, specifically designed for medium-size batteries, and is strategically lightened to minimize rotating mass. The large gear carrier has been redesigned to ensure the gear protrudes as little as possible from the motor mount, improving integration and protection. Precision-machined aluminum spacer bushings are included for both the front and rear layshafts to accommodate their increased lengths. Additionally, a super lightweight aluminum pulley adapter is carefully machined to further reduce rotating mass and enhance drivetrain efficiency. Steering Blocks. The steering block extensions are now carbon machined, are super light and strong, which reduces unsprung weight, and improves reliability. The steering blocks are molded from a hard composite mixture to keep suspension geometry consistent and to provide stability and accuracy. Rear Shock Geometry. The redesigned rear shock geometry features shorter shock absorbers mounted further outside the wheel for increased stability, with uprights machined to allow for new carbon shock mounting extensions that reduce unsprung weight. Front Suspension. The front suspension features all-new shock mount extensions positioned further outside the wheel for enhanced stability, with one-piece carbon downstop limiting parts mounted directly on the front arm for more precise adjustments while reducing unsprung weight. The redesigned front anti-roll bars have a new shape for improved operation, along with tighter aluminum collars in the ball-bearings for more precise function and an aluminum D-profile clamp that facilitates collision-free movement of the anti-roll bar. Rear Upper Suspension. Redesigned upper arm holder features a guide for the ball-bearing equipped body holder. The rear upper arm has been extended for improved ball joint guidance. Rear body holder is now ball-bearing equipped for super smooth & friction-less operation. Belt Tensioners & Engine Mounts. The all-new ball-bearing equipped belt tensioners enhance reliability and prevent belt skipping, featuring a front tensioner for proper belt tension and two side tensioners for maximum free operation with minimal resistance. The front layshaft stand includes an integrated ball-bearing tensioner and a carbon plate for the side belt, while the redesigned aluminum stand for the 2nd speed shaft offers an attachment for the middle tensioner. The new aluminum engine mounts are strengthened for more reliable engine mounting to the chassis plate. Radio Tray. The redesigned radio tray supports two battery sizes, accommodating mid-size batteries by default and allowing short batteries to be installed using the included additional holders. An integrated cable organizer can be mounted to the tray for clean and efficient cable management. The front section of the tray features adjustable bushings that enable fine-tuning of the Multi-Flex settings. Multi-Flex System. The unique carbon radio plate incorporates a new flex system that enables quick adjustments between soft and stiff settings for fine-tuning handling; stiff flex is achieved by securing all rear screws, while soft flex is attained by removing two screws behind the fuel tank, and the radio plate allows for exchanging bushings above the servo saver to alternate between a fixed or flexible front part, adjusting the overall flex level of the car, supported by new aluminum radio plate stands designed to enhance the multi-flex system. Electronics Plate. The all-new lightweight aluminum electronics plate allows for quick and convenient speed controller changes. It is mounted on a new lightweight carbon center chassis plate and features a precision-milled pocket to further reduce weight without compromising strength. Servo Holders. The new radio plate & one-piece alu servo holder allow for a laydown steering servo configuration to lower CG. Servo Saver. The servo saver stand is redesigned and uses a steel washer and centering bushing to adjust front flex. The centering bushing is available in fixed or flexible alternative. The flexible centering bushing allows the radio plate to flex while fixed centering bushing removes front radio plate flex. Bumper. The front carbon upper brace is mounted to the center stand, allowing the bumper holder to move independently and prevents excessive deformation in crashes. The front lower bumper features extra body mount positions to fit all popular racing bodies. The aluminum front body posts use eccentric mounting for front/rear mounting positions.
