Race Report Medjoubi & Boda win at 2025 La Motte-Servolex GP mai 6, 2025 by Chris Laisser un commentaire The following race report is from Chris: 2025 La Motte-Servolex GP was hosted by the SAMC, one of the most established clubs in France, located in La Motte-Servolex, France, in the suburbs of Chambéry, near the Alps. This GP had a great turnout, including the best French racers, who came to get used to the track that will host the second round of the French championship in a few weeks. Unfortunately, bad weather will cut short the race, which was kept going for as long as possible thanks to the hard work of Sébastien Chaffardon’s team. 6MIK’s Rayan Medjoubi was the top qualifier in the 1/8th nitro buggy class, from Corsatec driver Noha Ben Mohamed and Team Associated racer Clément Boda. The race format consisted of three 10-minute finals. Boda won the A1 from Ben Mohamed and Medjoubi. The TQ holder took the win in A2, Ben Mohamed coming in second and Aigoin Racing’s Jérôme Aigoin in third. Boda had to settle for fifth place. Boda had to settle for fifth place, and this result out of the top three will cost him dearly, as the race will be stopped and his dreams of winning are over. Medjoubi brought home the win from Ben Mohamed in second and Boda in third. Boda took the overall TQ in the 1/8th E-buggy class, setting the only 9-lap run in qualifying. Aigoin Racing race Rémy Bermudez and Ben Mohamed completed the top 3 result. Only two of the four 10-minute finals will be run due to rain. Boda will pretty easily win the A1 with a 18-second lead over Ben Mohamed in 2nd and Bermudez in 3rd. The second and last final was much more closely contested, with Ben Mohamed winning by just 0.5 seconds over Boda. Tom Robin completed the top three, one lap further back. In the overall rankings, Boda won the GP in the E-buggy class, followed by Ben Mohamed. Adrien Prieto rounded out the top three.
