Semi-final A was dominated from start to finish by Mugen Seiki rider Burak Kilic, who took the lead and never looked back. Berkan Kilic and Joao Figueiredo were joined by two-time European champion Elliott Boots, and the 3 drivers engaged in a great fight for 2nd place. The trio finished just one lap behind Burak. There were no real twists and turns in the race until the last lap, when the unlucky Riccardo Berton suffered a flame out a few meters from the finish line when he was in the top 6. Semi-final B will be very close. Reigning French champion Rémy Bermudez gradually built up his pace throughout the semi-final, eventually taking the lead. With just a few minutes to go, he came under huge pressure from reigning European champion Juan Carlos Canas. JC was under increasing pressure, and 2 laps before the end, he made a mistake that not only allowed Rémy to secure first place, but also allowed Davide Ongaro to snatch 2nd spot. Riccardo Berton and Hugo Tavernon went on to win their respective LCQs and thus complete the list of finalists.
