Michal Orlowski is back-to-back JConcepts Florida Carpet Championships champion

The 2023 JConcepts Florida Carpet Championships were held at Beachline raceway located in Orlando over the weekend. The indoor event had a great turnout and saw the attendance of some of the best carpet specialists from Europe. After 4 rounds of qualifying, where the best 2 scored in the overall results, it was Michal Orlowski (Schumacher Racing/Hobbywing/Sunpadow/Piranha/Hot Race Tyres) who took the TQ in the Team Associated modified 2WD buggy class by winning all four legs while Bruno Coelho (XRAY/Hobbywing/Sunpadow/Brunorc/SRC Racing/FX Engines/Hot Race Tires) set the overall TQ in Whitz Racing modified 4WD buggy, taking three out of four TQs. Michal won the first two finals to secure the overall win in modified 2WD buggy. Bruno won the last final and came in second while Michal’s teammate Broc Champlin (Schumacher Racing/LRP/ JConcepts) ended the day in third.

Bruno was able to convert the TQ spot into the win also winning the first 2 finals. After three consistent finals Michal came in second, Broc securing 3rd place after winning the 3rd final. The overall results allow Michal to become the champion for the 2023 edition.
