New JConcepts 2WD buggy body at 2023 world championship

A good friend attending the 2023 IFMAR 1/10th off-road world championship sent us some pics of the new JConcepts body designed for 2WD buggy and here the Team Associated B6.4. JConcepts rules almost uncontested in the market for 1/10th and 1/8th off-road vehicle bodies, whatever the kind of surface. You’re well covered with the P2, P2K, S2, S1, F2, Illuzion, Warrior, Detonator, etc. bodies, and there’s one more to add to the Florida brand’s line-up.

The body, shown here on Ryan Maifield’s B6.4, offers a resolutely new shape with a forward cab and an innovative design on the part between the rear of the cab and the rear shock mount. Like the S15 body for 1/8th buggies, it features mid-body winglets along the rear of the cab. The roof of the body remains strong with the upper fin in position for stability and tracking ability while the fin continues to extend rearward into the lower part of the body.
