Germany Berkan & Burak Kilic win at 2021 International Warm-up Race juillet 19, 2021 by Chris Leave a Comment The Rhein–Main-Circuit located in Bischofsheim, Germany held the 14th annual International Warm-up Race over the weekend. Considered as the unofficial season opener race in Germany, the attracted the best national racer in the 1/8th Nitro Buggy and 1/8th E-buggy classes. The track crew did an amazing job on the track after heavy rain on Friday. Burak Kilic (Mugen Seiki/Ninja/Nitrolux/Hobbywing/Gens Ace/Procircuit) was in control of things in qualifying, the top gun taling the overall TQ in Both classes. The Nitro Buggy final was was challenging for all the racers, all flamed out in Main. In the end it was Berkan Kilic (Mugen Seiki/Ninja/Nitrolux/Hobbywing/Gens Ace/Procircuit) who grab the win from Burak while Carsten Keller (Team Associated/LRP/Pro-Line Racing) rounded out the top 3. Burak brought home the win in E-buggy as well as the new track record with a best lap in 40,575. Jörn Neumann (SWORKz/Maxima Engines/Maclan Racing/TPro) came in second and Berkan ended the day on the third spot.
